Egg Omelete

Ingredients:
Egg - 2
Onion - 1
Shredded coconut - 1 tbspoon
water - 1 teaspoon ( to make the omelete fluffy)
pepper and salt to taste

Method:

Mix all of the above in a bowl and beat it for 1 min.

Pour oil in a flat pan and when the oil is ready pour the egg batter into it. Let it cook on both sides. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
